Gutmaning

I was able to find Dr. Rüsch's castle on Google. I think it would be cool to go back, have some more of the beer they brew in Gutmaning, and revisit the memories. I don't think it would really be worth going back, because there's not much to see there, but it would be a free place to stay if we can get in contact with Dr. Rüsch.

Note by TravelDan: Much like my comment says, this is not the castle we stayed in. Althoguh I am sure it is a fine place to stay. See the picture below with several houses in it. That was the picture taken from the wall of the castle looking at the sunset. It would be really awesome to go back to the castle but I am not bringing the clothing necessary to stay there. I don't think bringing a suit for just a few days is worth it. It was awesome and the beer was good and I would totally be willing to go for the beer and the beer alone but I doubt we would ever get ahold of the good doctor and also the clothing. We could go to the towns we visited and even see the glass works and pick up more cheap shot glasses though.

Here is the REAL castle of the excellent host, not but 2 blocks from Tim's noble attempt at immortalizing the bearer of good beers. If anyone doubts this, I can actually point out every feature and prove why THIS is in fact the real place, or at least a place with every detail the same, the trees, the houses, the rooves, the number of chimneys, even the family that lives there...

I am not sure that is it, because I thought that you looked down upon a few houses... let me find the picture later sometime, I must get ready for work so I cannot at this time.

I have found the real castle! I also can compare all the structures found in all of our pictures to prove it! I will post it when I get back from my night out or perhaps tomorrow.

Ok, just update the link with the real castle... is Gutmaning even the right city? I couldn't remember the name, but I thought it started with a G.
